Role Description
This is a full-time, part-time, flexi-time, remote based role as an Authorized UW Partner working in the UK (England, Scotland Wales).
The role involves interacting with households to review and consolidate their essential home services, including energy, broadband, and mobile, through straightforward and practical conversations.
Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying opportunities to reduce the costs for home utilities and ensuring the highest of service standards.
Partners are responsible for following structured procedures and regulatory guidelines while being supported by comprehensive training and resources.

Qualifications
You must be open to new ways of working, the new economy of Mii (Multiple Income Individuals) and be trainable
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals
Customer service skills aimed at fostering lasting relationships and addressing customer needs
Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively
Basic consumer level understanding of home services such as energy, broadband, and mobile, or the willingness to learn
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently within structured guidelines
Commitment to upholding compliance standards and professional ethics
Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales is beneficial but not required
Ability to adapt and grow steadily while managing other personal or professional commitments
